I ordered a mango papaya lip balm and unfortunately, the manufacturer had a little bit of a hiccup with the product sticking in the cap and POOSH sent me a new batch and everything is perfect and wonderful and I’m about to order my next round of lip balms!

Catherine English was very helpful. She explained each product and guided me in the right direction. I will buy again because of the customer care Catherine provided.
