The customer service was excellent, they called to make sure the order was right. I will be ordering again around Christmas. Great shopping experience

So many beautiful items to buy for your memorable trip to Hawaii and the Polynesian Cultural Center. My favorite place on Hawaii that I visited and highly recommend.

The cultural center was great and the show HA was absolutely amazing! The only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5 is the bus ride out. Our tour host made us wait until the very end to board the bus because we were a group of 14, which made no sense. Once aboard the bus he did not tell us anything about what our travels were showing us (like most tour hosts do), until I asked him if he could please share some information. Lastly, upon arriving at the centre, he made us feel that our tickets (the Ali luau package) was not good enough and they we needed to upgrade to the ambassador package. I found this quite distasteful. It cost us a lot of money to get there and telling all of us, including my children, that our day would not be nearly as good without upgrading was not appreciated. It took me a bit of time to get over our initial negative experience.

We had a great time at PCC. From start to finish, our time spent was filled with fun and exciting experiences providing us with an instant immersion of the cultural practices of each island, as well as the delicious food provided for our lunch and dinner. HA, breathe of life was a well done professional show which will tie in your day experiences at the very end. This is a must see attraction to check out if you have the time and monetary means to do so! Thank you ULA!!!

The staff were extremely helpful in helping us find a gift for someone. It happened to be the only place to even have cloth napkin rings! Store had a lot of fun stuff to shop for in general. Plus, like I said, great staff. Aloha!

Great place to visit. If you can do the Ambassador tour. It is well worth the money. Our Ambassador was very knowledgeable and a great guide.

This is a must do. If your are limited on time, I strongly recommend the ambassador package. We had Amber who was amazing! She was full of energy. It rain most of the tours however that didn’t keep us from having a great time!!

My wife and I were on out Honeymoon and we paid for the Super Ambassador experience. Worth every penny! Our tour guide Josh was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. He made us feel like family and was there with us every step of the way. I would recommend PCC to any coming to O’ahu!

We had Circle Island Ambassador Luau Package. Pick up and drop off bus- very easy and convenient, on time. Circle island tour- Beautiful island , very nice driver Cultural center tour- Very educational , very interesting, lots of entertainments , dances , boat rides etc .. with young knowledgeable guide. Luau dinner - very good dinner and performances Evening show- Awesome !!

We loved our experience at the Polynesian Cultural Center!

Excellent service at the buffet and alway a fantastic show. Band playing in the gift shop area before the show was a great touch. We have seen the show 4 times always a great performance
