Ich benutze Tachyonisierte Werkzeuge bereits seit 2006. Die Lieferungen sind immer schnell und zuverlässig. Die Produkte sind sehr gut verpackt. Es gab noch nie Grund zur Beanstandung. Alles kam sicher und heil bei mir an. Die Website ist für mich übersichtlich und klar. Ich find mich gut zurecht. Auch der Kundenservice ist schnell und kompetent. Der Chat erleichtert die Kommunikation und spart Zeit. Einzig, wenn einzelne Produkte z.B. OS-H Tropfen, aus dem Sortiment genommen werden, würde ich mir vorab zeitgerecht eine Info wünschen. Damit man noch die Möglichkeit zu einer größeren Order hat.

Being a loyal Tachyon customer for more than 10 years (Green Matrix, Silica Gel, various discs, Sunspots AND the Facial Cream) I have never been disappointed in any of their products and it has always been part of my life and my daily routine. When I ordered the Facial Cream I was told that the new formula was even better, so I blindly ordered 5 jars as usual. As it arrived, it occurred to me that something was "wrong" with it. My face looked like a clown (without the red nose...) as it was covered in a white film. I tried to use less, but then it needed reapplying the cream three times a day... When I talked about it to the Tachyon team, they explained to me they received a shipment with a wrong (too heavy) formula and that they would exchange it for the old formula. Everything arrived within a week with various personal mails explaining the complete trajectory. It must be said: Tachyon knows the word CARE in Customer Care and their after sales service is friendly and flawless. I thought this needed to be mentioned as well: not only do they make excellent products, but they also know how to treat their customers. Thank you very much for everything.

Wristbands-my wrists definitely feel different in a good way. Supported & much less discomfort. One I have broken 3 times & the other now have arthritis in the base of the thumb joint. After working as a therapist for 35 years ( & still working) my wrists need as much love as I can give them .
