Alles kam sicher und heil bei mir an. Die Website ist für mich übersichtlich und klar. Ich find mich gut zurecht. Auch der Kundenservice ist schnell und kompetent. Der Chat erleichtert die Kommunikation und spart Zeit. Einzig, wenn einzelne Produkte z.B. OS-H Tropfen, aus dem Sortiment genommen werden, würde ich mir vorab zeitgerecht eine Info wünschen. Damit man noch die Möglichkeit zu einer größeren Order hat.
