So far I am pleasantly surprised; I've tried other "green" supplements and the taste was chalky and not very tasty first thing in the morning. ORA tastes great as advertised and my monthly supply arrives without fail. I have had recalls on other products and it wasn't a nice experience; delayed orders with changes on my credit card for product not received, a real nightmare. So far ORA has been great and on time, really like the product and the organization.
