I am pleased to say that the Costumer Service/Support of the Nama Team is awesome! I send a question to them and they replied within 3 minutes. Their answer was short and clear! I was wondering if the frequency of the Nama Juicer will be suitable for 50Hz cycles since I live outside USA (Curaçao, Dutch Caribbean) and they accurately said yes, the machine is 50 ~ 60 Hz so will be totally fine to work here! Thank you Nama Team!!! 😊

So far this is the best decision ive ever made regarding a juicer. I spent exhausting hours juicing, and having to stop multiple times mid juicing to clean it. I also stopped juicing most veggies bc they were making juicing too involved, I was dreading juicing. Well the Nama handles everything I throw at it great and I am back to juicing celery, spinach, cucumbers etc, thank s to Nama. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. My only regret it not having purchased it sooner!!!

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve been using this juicer and immediately I was in love. I delayed on getting a higher price juicer because I wasn’t sure if I’d really use it. I decided to trade my centrifugal juicer for a cheaper cold pressed juicer, and it was so disappointing. The length of time it took to juice was unbearable. So much, that I rarely juiced. It was a multiple hour event. And don’t even think about doing different juices. It then became a half day event. I was torn on which direction to go because many influencers have the Nama, and I was worried if I wasn’t getting unbiased reviews. It was one morning that I saw a comparison video between two of the higher end juicers, and the Nama produced slightly more. The person in this video wasn’t an influencer I was familiar with so she was much more credible in my opinion! It was at that point I decided on the Nama and ordered same day! As soon as I got it, I unboxed, washed it, and got right to work on my first batch. I immediately said, the influencers are NOT lying. I texted my friend too and told her the same because she was worried about biased reviews. The Nama juicer is everything they said it was!!! I’ve been using my Nama weekly and I just love it so much!!! If you’ve been going back and forth trying to decide, this is the one to go with. It will not disappoint. The Nama juices so quickly. If I don’t have everything prepped and ready to go, it’s waiting on me to load more. The cheap juicer I had, I was waiting on it to move things through so I could add more. Unbearable. I hated juicing with it! With my Nama, I can’t wait to juice now! I look forward to juicing! One of the things I wanted to know prior to purchasing was how clean did the hopper get (did everything get juiced). The cheap juicer never moves everything through the hopper. I love everything about the Nama juicer and would definitely recommend it to anyone. It saves me so much time now I make juice often.

I remember the first time I viewed a Nama ad for the J2, an ad that sparked my curiosity and established the J2 as a target for my future interest, were I ever to purchase a high quality juicer. Earlier this year, I finally made that purchase and quickly discovered the machine's quality and performance. Now, three or so months into my ownership of a J2, I gladly recommend it to you as a well-built, generously warrantied appliance that has performed flawlessly for me, a machine capable of blessing your nutritional lifestyle for years to come. My other subsequent experiences with Nama, however, have not been nearly as satisfying: 1) Back in August I notified Nama support that the J2's user manual could not be downloaded via the prescribed method (clicking an image on its support page), a method that successfully downloaded the user manuals of all other Nama products. As the results of what I viewed as a needlessly lengthy exchange of emails, I received a PDF of the manual (thanks!) and an assurance that the Nama tech team would be notified of website issue. As of today (October 17), the error remains [clicking the applicable image produces the error message, {"error":"Route not found"} in the Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge browsers]. 2) Since purchasing the J2, I've added the larger hopper and the larger pitcher set. While both products seem well built and have added to my juicing experience, both were dramatically overpriced. To make things worse, because I hesitated buying the pitcher set, the recent 20% discount sale took the price BACK to the price I would have paid had I bought it before the 25% price increase Nama executed some weeks earlier. I genuinely like and will keep both the hopper and the pitcher set, but will likely never believe I got good value for the prices I paid. BOTTOM LINE: I'm glad I bought the J2. I have really enjoyed using the Nama J2/Attachments, the best juicer I have purchased. Quite pricey compared to other brands but definitely worth the investment to support my health & wellness and hopefully others too. From the smallest details on packaging, textures on booklets/how to guide - this added to my overall customer experience. Love the receipes available on the newsletter and social media videos to keep me engaged with the brand and my J2. I also joined a live video discussing how we can prepare for fall which was insightful and helpful. It would be great to adapt the 'search' field on the website as I found it difficult to locate receipes with a specific or multiple ingredients. Great colour scheme throughout, its consistent and in keeping with the natural/earthy vibe. I highly recommend 👌

I have been using the recipes in the nama booklet, which are great. The juicer is easy to operate and easy to clean, too. I had no problem assembling and disassembling the juicer. I am glad I purchased the Nama juicer.
