Bought a gift card online - you'd think it would be easier to purchase one on line and print it up. Nope, I had to call customer service who were NOT helpful at all. Ended up having to create my own gift card through Canva.

The Lifetime’s gift card service has been repeatedly problematic and disappointing. A few months ago, I encountered a significant issue with four Lifetime gift cards totaling $250 that were all incorrectly used by lifetime for a $129 service. Despite clear evidence from both Lifetime customer service and the branch confirming the error, I had to fight for months to resolve the situation. Throughout this ordeal, customer service did nothing more than repeatedly insist that the gift card was used, despite the fact that their own records showed the error. I was shocked by the lack of accountability and the absence of any apology. Even after proving that I was owed the remaining balance, I still have not received the gift cards back. Ultimately, it was only when I reached out to the general manager, who was the only one willing to take action, that any progress was made. The spa manager was instructed to issue me a credit at the spa. This situation could have been resolved much more efficiently, and it should not have required such a prolonged and frustrating battle. I never heard anything back from customer service afterward, which only reinforced theit lack of concern and poor work ethic. Overall, I’m disappointed with Lifetime’s customer service and the handling of this matter. I hope this feedback will be taken seriously, as the issues I experienced highlight a troubling lack of responsiveness and accountability that needs addressing.
