Anytime I need passionate, staff are super responsive and helpful. For some reason tax is added to clothing ordered, which isn’t correct in Massachusetts, clothing is exempt.

I enjoy the many places I can use the LT E-gift card. My favorite place I use it is at LT spa.

Easy to purchase. This was for an LT member who does. Or look at her email often. May be a nice addition to offer text notification so that people can see their emailed gift. It’s awkward, otherwise, to ask if they received the gift. Thanks for understanding.

Bought a gift card online - you'd think it would be easier to purchase one on line and print it up. Nope, I had to call customer service who were NOT helpful at all. Ended up having to create my own gift card through Canva.
