THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU ORDER HERE. I ordered a case of HOT Organic Nacho slices (NOT THE FIRST TIME) on Apr 21, 2026. This order was delivered and the label says hot, but they are anything but hot. I sent customer service an email with pictures of the jars including the batch codes. After several emails back and forth, I was informed on May 4th that "We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your order. You may return the order for a refund" (Of course I am to pay return shipping) "Flavor and spice intensity can occasionally vary slightly between batches, but we do not have the ability to verify or adjust individual batch characteristics from our end" BALONEY! What company sells an item specific product, in this case hot, and fails to verify that the product is what they are selling. You are going to tell me no one taste tests the batches there? Management, I would be happy to send you a jar or two of the the product you sold me and you can taste for yourself that the product is on the level of mild. Very dissatisfied.

Shipping quickly. Packaged very well, so the glass jars would not break. I'm very pleased!
