Costs and end product are reasonable. Communication leaves a lot to be desired. There is no phone number listed on the website. No email was sent letting me know that my order had been processed. When we went to pick up the order, and no one was at the pick-up location during working hours.

My 1st order of 4 bags of pretzels were perfect when the were delivered. My 2nd delivery with 2 bags was not so good. Both bags had 50% of the pretzels crumbled.
