Great taste and customer service

Had to call customer service and they were great, very helpful! My Dad loves the taste of the drinks (choc. , vanilla & strawberry). The website is easy to use.

Customer service handled my concern and issue was resolved. No concerns about the product, Kate Farms products are excellent. But I had a concern on how a particular product was charged.

The chocolate shake was delicious. I felt I had more energy and more of an appetite during my meals. Unfortunately it gave me painful gas every day I had one. I tried spreading it out throughout the day but it still gave incredibly painful gas. Cannot consume this product.

During treatment for esophageal cancer with an inability to swallow, my loved one’s weight dropped by more than 25%. Then during chemo they became weak and fatigued. Were it nit for the high nutrition in these feedings out outcome may have beenquite different

Excellent product and service

I had hoped to like these as I do enjoy the kids shakes and was looking forward to a higher protein option. I wasn’t expecting (although I should have given the high levels of protein and moderate amounts of fiber) how dense they were going to be. I will finish them and may try the strawberry next to see if they are any different but may just stick to the kids shakes.
