I love these pita's - all of them!!

We ordered the pita, wraps, and lavash - for the first time - and all were great! Nice flavor and consistency. And the extra plus is that the cost is very reasonable!

Ordered online. Smooth process. I have my bread, so The Pita Police can relax. I may have missed it, but do you have recipes or a cookbook? Especially interested in Damascan/Syrian cuisine as it's not something I know.

I found Joseph's while in a Boston supermarket years ago and started ordering supplies since nothing like that was available at home. . . now it's at Kroger, though I still order so I can get exactly what I want. Great variety.
