I have been using Jack factory products for several years now. Always a good quality product and their customer service is excellent. I know there are hundreds of protein powders out there and I don't know if they actually do something different however I will say that I noticed the quality ones mixed well with no clumping and that's how I determine if it's a good quality protein which Jack factory is.
