I have never had the large ones before and I have to say WOW and WOW again. I have not had oysters like that in years. The best part beyond eating them raw was grilling some of them with duck livers and onions topped with parmesan cheese. Yes we had smoked a store bought duck that weekend and thought it would work. It really did, the larger oyster held up so well to the grilling that way. We also fried a few of them and again they were awesome. Keep up the good work.

Island Creek Oysters have been our go to since we first visited Duxberry and their restaurant around five years ago! They are always our treat on New Year’s Eve and several other times during the year and are fresher and more delicious than any oysters we can get in Ohio. .

Crab MEAT not the crab shell you get in the local store. Island Creek did the work. I separated the Meat into 8 4 oz servings for my people.
