The flavor and taste was great; however, upon arrival the box that it came must have been slammed around in transit as the pie was all on one side and a big goo inside the plastic wrap. It wasn’t a pie really it was a jumbled mess. The pie before was perfect and that was a Christmas time. FedEx gets lazy in the summer time apparently.

The product was fantastic. The only hiccup was names & personal messages being mixed up on a few of the deliveries since this was a multi-location order.

At the beginning the lady that look my online order on the phone was fantastic and so helpful. I wanted to pick up my items instead of shipping b/c I needed them asap as I was catching a plane the next day. Then went to pick up my order the next day, those workers had no idea what I was talking about and told me to go to a different location to pickup my order. Once at the second location, those workers thought I was crazy and had no idea what I was talking about (mind you, I already paid for the items via the phone lady the day before). Those workers at the second location told me to go back to the first location for pickup. Long story "short", finally got my order but I will never order again for pickup.

Shirts are great. My size was out of stock. Need to know when it’s back in stock. I will re-order.
