Generally good, but postage on everything over £50 and hoodies are £49.99 is a bit annoying.

I ordered a MTB jersey on January 15, 2023 and it’s March 5, 2023 and still have not received my order. I did not pay the extra $14 for a tracking # (which is excessive and unreasonable cost for a simple tracking#). So I guess my future options is to pay 50% more on top of my purchase price for a tracking number, OR not order again from GMBN. I’ll probably choose the later option. Unsatisfied customer.

Shipping to the US posed some issues though as USPS requires a signature, but will not deliver to apartments. So you have to go the post office to pick it up. Just FYI.

Fast delivery faultless Transaction

This is the last time I ordered from GMBN. I love the show, love the jersey but it's just not worth it if you don't live in the UK. Thanks to Brexit I had to pay almost double what they advertise in the Shop. Bought 2 Jerseys on sale for a 38£ total. -> sounds great, that's how they get'ya. 13£ Shipping (which at least the site told me about) and now I got a bill from Import who want additional 12£ Import-Tarif and 12£ ValueAddedTax. So I paid 37£ to get 38£of Jerseys delivered... I mean, still an ok price for 2 Jersey, but A: not fair cuz 24£ of that were hidden costs and B: if something doesn't fit, I cant send it back like I could for any European store to get most of my money back. (Everything does fit and look nice, but untill the store gives a clear warning about the hidden costs, this is a trap!)

I ordered a shirt for £16,50. I paid £13,28 for shipping and handling At delivery I had to pay €9,03 import taxes. I expected this as since Brexit the UK is outside the EU. But I also had to pay shipping and handling again at €13,80 (approximately £12,13). £34,- shipping and tax for a £16,5 shirt never again!! Shirt is great, good quality
