Packaging, delivery and timing was perfect.

I love the kit and started using it right away. Inflated the balance ball took a few minutes but it works nicely to sit on it in front of the computer.

FitOn kit is truly excellent. Service via email was prompt. Shipping was on-time. Shipping could have been faster, but I much prefer FitOn spend money on high quality gear than on expensive shipping. I'm happy that I had to wait a few extra days for better gear. The box was a real nice box, but my neighbor messed it up, so that made me sad, but not FitOn's fault! One of the email service reps could have been a touch nicer and a lot more flexible, but they didn't do anything truly wrong, so I hold no grudge! That's perhaps an area for improvement, but I still give 5 stars, because that's how I roll.

I love the FitOn app. The instructors are great and the workouts always keep me going. Sometimes I just right in with a longer, more challenging one and other times - when I'm feeling less motivated - I start with a short one and nearly every time it leads to then doing at least one or two more. Plus, the meditations have helped with my stress and sleep quality, which is a definite plus.
