Delivery was fast. Hoodie quality is absolutely on point. Only con is that the inside drops bit of lint even after wash so I can’t really wear a white t-shirt under. But still definitely worth it! I’m 186 cm/ 6’1 ft and the L was perfect fit for me. Not too loose or tight.

My order contains one article, that I haven't order. There was also one article missing in the package, that however, is part of the bill. So I contacted the customer service on November 30th. Unfortunaly the customer service wasn't able to find a solution for my problem. They seid, that I have to send back the wrong delivered article and the I will get the pullover I ordered but which wasn't part of the package. So I send back the wrong delivered article December 6th. The tracking number says, taht the article arrived on December 9th which is already 18 days ago. I Donut know why, but the customer service says to me, that the warehouse is behindhand. I think it's unacceptable, that I Donut recieve the article that I ordered, which is part of my bill. I have already contacted Klarna, that I won't pay the bill until I recieve the articel or I got a new bill. I hope that you finale can help me. . .
