I ordered The Immunity Blend, the Vitamin D and Vitamin C gummies as recommended by Dr G. However upon receiving all 3 bottles I see that this overkill!! The Immunity Defense has 156% RDA for Vit c and 75% for Vit D. The Vit C gummies has278% and the Vit D3 gummies has 625%! I’m not a Dr, but common sense and logical math says that taking all three of these IS IN FACT overkill and likely dangerous! I reached out to ask about this and over a week later haven’t heard back. As such I will be returning the D3 and C. I’ll finish the Immunity Shield but will likely return to the previous brand I was using because I’m concerned about the recommendation of taking all 3 despite these high RDA percentages and the lack of communication from the company. It makes no sense! Seems like it’s just a push to sell.

I've been taking the vitamins for about 5 weeks now and they taste good, I look forward to taking them! In the past I've experienced alot of allergies and had a mild case of COVID so building up and keeping my immune system strong is very important to me.
