Sheffield has been great in filling orders and reaching out when things aren’t available along with prompt deliveries. Not my local store but one of my go to suppliers online.

All my items showed up. I did not get a shipment notification. And my brick in the base was slightly cracked after unpacking. But everything else was fine.

Sheffield Pottery is a wonderful company. I have done business with them often over the years, and I have been very satisfied.

Shipping was fast, but when I had an issue with the product it was confusing getting a hold of someone. On the website it gave one email and when I called it gave another. From that person I still had to be sent to someone else. What could’ve taken one day had to take weeks.
