Falsche Angaben im Shop. Keine verhältnismäßige Entschädigung. E-Mails werden ignoriert. Es wurde versucht die Rücknahme zu verweigern. 2 Sterne nur weil die Produktqualität gut ist. Schade damit mit den Kunden so schlecht umgangen wird, ansonsten hätte ich in Zukunft bestimmt noch mehr Sharkartikel gekauft.

I am an owner of several Shark helmets. But when I asked about ability to get additional reflective stripes (or how it called in English) support said it is impossible. That is not the best way to work with loyal customer.
