Easy to work with customer service. They went above and beyond if I had any questions or issues.

Very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship.

Don’t know her position and it doesn’t matter. She is pleasant to talk to,fast at completing her promises and responding. She went out of her way to help me and she speaks clear and is American. I strongly suggest as a business owner myself that she is paid and compensated correctly. If she hasn’t had a raise lately I don’t know who else could deserve one more. Never know when she may get a call to go elsewhere, people like her don’t come along very often. Thanks to who it may concern

Great communication and shipping, the gentleman who took my call twice was great!

Well constructed, durable, outstanding blind! Looking forward to using it this year for Deer Hunting and next year for Turkey hunting! Highly recommend this quality built blind by Summit outdoors, this Shadow Hunter Blind is worth the investment!
