I arrived a bit early for my appt and Shadae was ready, clean shop, no other clients to see my Seriously bad hair! Braid down was official, not too tight. I love my wigs! I bought the Janet unit in October 2022. This is my first wig and did not know what to expect, how to wear a wig and was really unsure about whether I’d like the experience in general. I had to get a wig due to hair loss. I met Shadae at the shop to install the unit and she was very helpful in showing me how to install it and how to take care of it. I love this wig! The hair soft, nice color and I have received compliments as well. I actually wear it “natural “, meaning that after wash and conditioner, it air dries and has natural waves that looks really pretty! I love the rose relief serum. I wear braids a lot and I used to remove my braids and my hair would be tangled and dry but not any more ! Now that I use the Serum taking down braids is no longer a chore. My hair is also much fuller and thicker. Thanks SO MUCH!!
