The site does warn you regarding longer than usual shipping times. Sadly there was a storm that also delayed the shipment of my order. I did need to reach out to Sugoi Mart to follow up on my order; they had a quick response time.

Sugio's customer service was great! I was hoping to have my KitKats by Halloween, but they were stuck in customs for awhile--but I was able to share them with the other students and my teacher in our Japanese class, so they were a hit! Thanks for a great experience!
