Love how fast the shipping was. It also surprised me that the customer service team promptly responded my questions through email, which is appreciated because sometimes we feel that purchasing in a different country will be complicated. I really loved sugoi mart products as well.

It's a little hard to navigate sometimes. If they are not showcased, the search option is the only way to find specific items.

LOVED our purchase! My daughter went to Japan in November 2024, so we got her this reversible cherry blossom bag filled with treats for her birthday to remember her trip. Bag was great quality & reversible. It was filled with snacks as well as some ceramic items like Hello Kitty tea cup. Also, chopsticks and other cool items. I loved being able to add on things like Demonslayer bowl Pikachu ramen, etc. ! Fast shipping. Packages well. Very happy!
