Shipping was prompt. The only area for improvement is the difficulty in returns for customers in Singapore

Overall, the ordering process was smooth, and shipping was prompt with no issues. One area that could be improved is the marketing emails. I received several reminder emails every day about items left in my cart, which quickly became overwhelming. Rather than encouraging a purchase, the constant reminders had the opposite effect and made me want to unsubscribe. A less frequent approach would likely provide a better customer experience without feeling overly pushy.

Should make returns/exchanges easier for Singapore customers

I now own 4 pairs of these leggings, Glad to have caught the sale. I love that the fabric is dense and heavy duty, keeps all my muscles and flabs tight and together. Doesn’t roll down, stretches in all directions. Sized up 2 sizes as advised by forums. It’s not full length on me, wish it were 2 inches longer, but it’s good enough.

Shipping takes a while. Overall ok/ just that when you buy sales the items bundled together you have to select bundled sales else the discount wont be considered.

No long wait for Delivery.

I bought 3 items. All size M. Goods received in good condition. However sizes all run small. I requested for exchange, but I was adviced I could only return and purchase again. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by me (Singapore to Korea). I decided to just write off my purchases. Would have much preferred an exchange for a genuine 1st time buyer.

The 380 is well support and comfortable material that allows to stretch. Shipping also very fast. Will definitely support again.
