This was my first order with sexdollqueen. com and it was a great experience. I ordered a few dolls from various places in the past and could never get what was advertised. I'm happy to confirm that I got exactly what I've custom ordered. This company takes their time to make sure that you are satisfied with your order before shipping. There was a major concern that I had when they first sent the completed production photos, but sexdollqueen. com went out of their way to contact IronTech for me about the concerns. In the end, the doll is much better in person than in the production pictures. The whole experience felt like a VIP concierge service. In the past, I ordered some from Amazon and could never get what was advertised. I can tell you that the photos on Amazon are from the manufactures that are offered on sexdollqueen. com; the pictures on Amazon are all ripped as they never showed the faces. This company offers the real dolls from the big name manufactures. I'm glad I took a chance with this company. And I'll be back to get some more that really caught my eyes.

The delivery took longer than expected but there was always someone following up..... when it arrived It was everything I expected...my only surprise is the weight.... honestly is a bit too heavy... but for the rest it feels human

This was our first time purchasing a doll. The customer service/chat was pretty helpful and relatively quick to respond and answer the questions we had. We made our decision and ordered the doll, when we got the photos of the doll we were a bit worried, but when the doll arrived it was better than we expected, apparently the photos they take at the warehouse are not complimentary. We are very happy with our doll.

O vendedor foi extremamente atencioso ao responder minhas dúvidas, me manteve atualizado por email sobre a fabricação e também recebi fotos da doll pouco antes do envio. O tempo de fabricação e envio foi condizente com o anúncio. Comprei uma doll torso de silicone muito boa e já estou comprando de outro modelo. Hi there. The product received was like ordered. The only problem was Customs Canada or someone who left some ink marks on one of the dolls breasts.. I guess they could not resist the urge to feel them. It also happened before on the torso doll that was ordered. Never mentioned that. And the packages could have been resealed better after inspection by customs. Or whoever opened the box. Not sure what type of cleaner could be used. Don't want to damage the dolls outer surface. Other than that very satisfied with the products. Just need to watch my back because some of the dolls are fairly heavy. Ha! Ha!
