This was my first attempt at purchasing a pair of Serengeti aviator sunglasses. I was looking forward to experiencing your highly rated lenses. The customer service representative was rude and didn’t have resolution options. I had to engage my credit card company to cancel the transaction due to the shady feel of the transaction.

Ordering and shipping (free!) was a breeze, and the sunglasses showed up exactly as described and on time.
