The customer service is great. I get updates on my orders often. I have received my Riviera barstools and am anxiously awaiting my Riviera dining side chairs, armchairs, and backless barstools. These are surprisingly VERY COMFORTABLE! No cushions needed. Very high quality.

Loved my showers curtains!

I love the cotton sheets I have bought over the years from Serena & Lily. They wear well, are nice and cool and crispy and have only gotten better the more you use them. They are rather expensive, but worth it.

Ordered online through a link “Lilly Pad Cottage. The stools a beautiful and well made and the legs slightly darker then pictured. The fabric is lovely and textured. The delivery was delayed a few days and received in heavy well wrapped boxes already assembled. Perfect benches for end of bed.

S & L worked with us in replacing a couple of items that were not “pristine”.

We thank Samantha T. for the wonderful and carefully planned handling of our return and reordering of counter stools. She made it so easy. We look forward to receiving the replacement stools. jfj

I love Serena & LIly, shipping fees are high and but returning items is more difficult than it is with other stores. Whereas most high-end vendors offer free shipping and sometimes free return shipping, S & L charges high fees. Additionally, most other vendors allow return items purchased online to be returned to physical stores, which I was surprised to find out S & L does not. I'll probably limit my S & L shopping to items I know I for certain I will keep.

Customer service with Serena and Lily is as wonderful as their beautiful products. Delivery has been as promised on almost everything I've purchased over the last year as we completely remodeled a new home. We have purchased furniture, rugs, mirrors, bedding, towels, and I still plan to but a few more pieces of furniture before we're done. If there is ever an issue (once with a bit of damage during delivery), I was very impressed with the response and was very satisfied with how it was resolved (I ordered another large item that same day!). Also, if you ever want design advice, they are very helpful there, as well. Love Serena and Lily!
