Your CS team are great. But the whole returns process is a nightmare and I was charged £4 to return a coat when your sizing is incorrect isn't great. You should really offer exchanges or have a better system with the returns fee.

Generally good quality stuff. Customer service was good with returns but not so good when I once had a faulty item (fault developed with buttons on a tshirt coming out) - but was not refunded or exchanged in a timely - took months of chasing to eventually get a credit voucher instead
