I suffer with Hashimoto's, ME and Fibromyalgia! Heat helps me. . . the week I've had it, I've had it at 45° @30 minutes. . OMG Game changer!! The 'sauna' is very roomy inside im 5'2 . Lots of space can move my legs and arms quite wide. I use it on my spare bed so its all set up when I need it. I've also added a cotton sheet which I get inside saves me having to wear restricting long sleeve/bottom clothes. It has definiatly helped me with my pain, would recommend

Wrapped well. Very fast delivery. Wish they supplied videos with the products as the booklet is not the easiest to understand, especially after the initial month’s preparation. I still am not sure what colours to use or how often to use each of them for best results.
