⸻ I started my journey with berberine, and I found it excellent—it worked really well for me and I can’t speak highly enough of its effects. Next, I added a glucomannan fibre supplement, which I combined with psyllium husk. Together, they provided a solid fibre boost that helped with digestion and satiety. Later, I introduced Metbalux, which again worked effectively in my case. With regular exercise and improved appetite control—supported by these supplements—I’ve gone from 116 kg down to 105 kg over the course of a year. I know supplements don’t work the same for everyone, but for me, this particular combination has made a real difference to my health and lifestyle.

The product Nightburn xxl is easy to take with a pleasant taste. I’m sleeping so much better now and I definitely don’t feel as hungry as I used to and I have more energy too . No weight loss yet to report but I’m hoping I will
