Im not sure if it would be helpful to lose weight, fingers crossed, but it makes for be better quality of life already, always when I'm hungry, i feel so bad, headache, nausea, dizziness, i never feel enough, 30 min after meal im hangry again, and always want sweets, but since i start to use it all of this bad feelings disappear, if im hangry only my stomach fill it, no sugar cravings. i really enjoy it.
