Placed order, mass email re: delays after the ETA for mine had come and gone. Emails to Semi Exact give 0 info on whether my order can even be fulfilled. This company literally stole my money and kept telling me to check the site for a production/ship ETA for a product not listed under the resource they advised I check. Do not buy from this company unless you are also ok with not receiving a product and no real communication or accountability.

I haven't received the item I ordered 13 days ago. Semi Exact did not provide any updates during this same period. When I contacted the company and asked about a delivery date, Jack, in customer support, did not answer my query. He responded with this: “Currently, your order, SE-11502, is still unfulfilled, which means it hasn't been shipped yet. Our production team is working diligently on getting all orders out as swiftly as possible, especially amid high demand. ” This is not good customer service.

This is a great company. Product finish and quality are top notch for any type of project. Will use them again.

Shipping rates could be better, I need to plan out multiple projects to try to save. Would like to be able to choose matching hardware with custom lengths.. for example if I buy 3 hairpin legs, that will require 12 of the appropriate pan head screws, and I would want to choose the length of the screw based on my project (maybe 5/8" thru 1-1/2"). Bonus if there are matching color options.
