I have ordered several of their mic cables this past year. I am very happy with the build quality. BUT - most important. I recently ordered a 2 pack of XLR 25ft mic cables. When they arrived, quickly, one had TRS connectors instead of XLR. I contacted them and, BOOM, they sent me the correct cable. QUICKLY. I was impressed. They have my business.
