I’ve ordered seeds from multiple other companies. I’ve struggled to get good germination. If the seeds did open they wouldn’t push through & start growing. I’ve started 6 of the free seeds I got with my order. Every seed opened in 2 days & sprouted in 2 days. There currently in a mini green house with a seedling mat under it. It was a very cheap kit online. I used the germ genie product they sell. Just a capful in a bottle of water. Your off to the races with amazing results.

On my 3rd or 4th order I got a few seeds that didn't germinate whatsoever. I have a really turnkey process for germination, and has 90- 95% success germinating the last orders. When the new order didn't germinate, I was bummed because it should have been an easy process but only got one seed to germinate. Check these beauties out. I bought some Durban Poison seeds from you and they turned out fantastic. Resembled little Christmas trees. I use LED lighting technology and they really respond well to indoor grows. I can’t wait to do another batch and ‘highly’ recommend them. More to follow once they have been jarred and cured.

It's been a couple weeks and I did experience 2 unsuccessful seed germinations. i reported them and was very professionally asked to try the next 2 to be sure that the entire batch wasn't problematic. I did so and the seeds came up fine. i reported my findings as asked and today I received not 2 but 4 replacement seeds. I wasn't sure if the seeds that I ordered ( Purple Punch) were autoflower or photoperiod. I used the chat box and gave the info on the vials that I received. The response was made in under 5 minutes. When I decided to attempt to grow my own. I chose to purchase from seed supreme for the variety, I was looking for mainly 1:1 ratio seeds which they had. Since then I've had excellent results with the Zkittles 1:1 and currently with candy land. The only seeds that did not germinate were the Sirius Black which I was so looking forward to growing but no luck there. I failed to take advantage of the guarantee for that one, lesson learned. Other than that, the seeds arrive in good order and well packaged. I will continue to use seed supreme for all my seed needs especially when they offer specials.

I had ordered 8 regular seeds in the hopes of getting a mix of males and females, but they all turned out to be female. I wrote to customer service and received a prompt and helpful response.

I recently gave 5 stars for their service and overall experience but I wrote the review before I received my replacement order. Upon receiving my replacement order it was still prompt, discreet, and packaged well. Unfortunately I was missing seeds out of the replacement order. After some emailing back and forth in which they were polite and prompt, they informed me that they dont replace "complimentary" seeds. When I buy seed, given its expensive, I always factor in "free" seeds to maximize value and to help pick the best deal. Now that I know "complimentary" seeds arent a part of the germination guarantee, this changes the value of my purchase and how I will shop moving forward. SeedSupreme has good customer service, theyre prompt, theyre discreet, and the packaging is great but I'd be lying if I didnt say I'm disappointed in the value change and not receiving replacement bunk seeds.
