Never received product.

Product is excellent but customer service is poor.

The product is delicious and the company is super-nice to deal with. I forgot to use a 15% off coupon when I ordered and they made good on that after the fact. My only suggestion is that you should produce more pistachio products (like pistachio flour/powder) and post some recipes with luscious photos on your website.

Can’t really review the product as I haven’t received it. Ordered the pistachio butter on February 11, my card was charged, and then received an email saying it was shipping about a week later with an expected delivery date for February 20. However, the tracking information has been in “pre-shipping”/ “label was created” since then, no updates, no pistachio butter... I’ve tried to contact the merchant several times without any response, but I do keep receiving promotional emails from them, curiously! So… not sure if they are just very disorganized or actually a scam, but whichever option I don’t recommend doing business with them…

It tastes great.

This took a really long time to arrive, but the packaging was superb.
