System with 4T hard drive upgrade worked out of box. Cameras can be solar powered or plugged in if you have a shady area to monitor. Customer support chat very quick and effective. One battery pack did not sit correctly inside camera and replacement received within a week. Seems like a great product with lots of tweaking ability for each camera. Would be great if you can turn off the NVR alarm when cameras are set to "buzzer" for warnings - was hoping to use one to keep woodpeckers off house but NVT continuously beeps in this setting. Otherwise great product.

Works as well as expected. The features are exactly what I needed to detour unwanted homeless individuals that roam around looking for things to take from our home.

The product is easy to install BUT we had an issue with one of the door sensors and SecoMart was very easy to deal with until it came time for the replacement part to be delivered to us. We have to pay for the shipping on a warranty item I had an extra door sensor so I didnt agree to pay for the shipping, very disappointed. They would have gotten a 5 star review if it wasnt for the poorer warranty service.
