Ever thing was in order I get it quick as usual but I order the wrong bottle I usual get unscented so that was a bummer and I don’t know how to exchange so I’ll live with it,

Post Office returned product as the shipping address was not complete. Tried three times to contact SebaMed by phone with no response from them. Lotion eventually was resent. Happy it finally arrived. Couldn't find a tab on the website to respond to shipping issues.

I like the product but what use of when the bottle is worst. i purchased baby shappoo where i am completely unable to lock after using it. i spend so much for your brand why so worst choice for bottel . there must be a locking system to it how to keep it almost so much shappoo got waste just coz of your bottle don't have locking system.

Product was paid for but never arrived. Cannot get the company to respond.
