It was a super comfortable mattress, used for summer holiday bike and kayak tours. Unfortunately, after only two weeks of use, it started to deflate slowly. I tried to find a puncture and contacted client service. They examined the mat and decided to send me a new one. The service is excellent.

I got to use it this weekend and it was comfortable and convenient.

While I’ve only used it one one campout so far, it was far better than any other pillow I’ve used in the past.

Having switched to a tarp/hammock setup, I feel as though I have been swindled the last 20 years of backpacking using my tent. The Escapist packs down, and packs out as a fantastic setup. Late afternoon naps during rain events are blissful. On top of that, S2S customer service is responsive and was happy to help me the one time I had a problem.

I love S2S products...the quality and workmanship is excellent. The prices reflect the quality, so if you want great products that stand the test of time, you should be willing to pay for them. We had an issue with one of our camp mats, and after contacting them, they made it right. Great products, great customer service, highly recommended for sure.

In one of our many trips I manage to loose our Scrubba bag and I did not wanted to pay another $50 for it. This dry bag is cheaper, lighter and far more compact than the other one. I tested it on a trip to Bologna and it worked just fine. I am happy with my purchase Roberto

I had an issue when I ordered second day air shipments over the holidays. Ordered on a Thursday and then later got a notification for delivery for the following Wednesday. I actually didn’t see the 2nd Day air was for business days only. With one email sent explaining the situation, my debit card was refunded the total amount I paid for the second day air.
