Thanks guys. This garment is brilliant. Just what i need for my sea kayaking adventures. I pre ordered my robe expecting it to take several weeks to arrive. I was pleasantly surprised when i got my follow up mail telling me it would be on its way sooner than expected. I was able to track my package throughout its full journey to my door. i ordered a towelling robe and it was way to big, this cost me all in all £57.99. Having returned this to the company they only refunded me £50. Apparently there’s a £4 handling charge and £3.99 postage. I have tried to contact customer services and they are not replying . The changing robe was of poor quality and I will NEVER buy from this company again

I bought two Seashell Robes version 3 for my son and partner as a Christmas present. There was a fault with one of the pockets which hadn't been sewn correctly. Customer service was brilliant and a replacement arrived quickly. My son and partner are delighted with the robes. They have remarked on their excellent quality and design and how good they are at keeping them dry and warm. I'm sure these robes are proving to be indispensable.
