Smooth!

I always have this on hand in my pantry. Wonderful light meal over rice or with finely shredded white cabbage.

Everything arrived within a time frame that kept everything frozen and damage free.

I have purchased salmon from Sea bear many times both the frozen ones and the fresh ones. It has always been very good. Much better than anything you can get in the store. Thank you.

The dry ice was almost gone when I received the order. One end of the box, where the dry ice was, remained frozen, but the other end was partially thawed. More dry ice needs to be added when shipping in the heat of summer.

Haven't tried the Spicy Bean Soup yet. The cioppino is dynamite, but a bit too much for the two of us- we'll finish it off. Copper River Salmon is always super!
