We had on order two other Step & Repeats from another vendor but we needed a back up in case those didn’t make it to the show on time. These guys popped out the 8x8 S&R pop up super fast so they get two stars for that. But the artwork was distorted and the templates they supplied didn’t say specifically that a giant white border would print. It was not expensive, but neither was it really cheap.

I applaud the patient and knowledgeable assistance of customer service, answering so many of my questions! They even contacted me to adjust my expectation regarding shipping time, which was super helpful to ensure that we would have the product in time. The printing looks great and we will definitely come back to SDSC when we have a need.

Updated our EZ Tube Display Curved fabric graphic print. Printing was wonderful, and the turnaround was fantastic! Chat support was very helpful with questions regarding the product that we had ordered years ago and our timeline. We submitted a print-ready PDF to the specs on the product page and had the finished fabric design in hand in under a week! It's perfect! Thank you!

We've ordered from San Diego Sign Company for years now and have always been satisfied. This time though there were a series if issues that could have been avoided with a bit of extra care. To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. I do appreciate the extra steps the staff took to help resolve the problems but these issues are something we have not experienced in the past. I'm hoping the company can bounce back to the quality they previously provided.
