The packaging was discreet and clean when it arrived. When opened, there was no foul odor. It was also on time. The product itself is realistic. It is soft and tight. When it comes to cleaning, the product is easy to wash. Moreover, SD's customer service was great. They can answer any questions you have regarding the product. I was really satisfied with both the product and the staff's assistance. Overall, SD Canada is the best.

OMG! So realistic and beautiful. Everything went great till she reached my city and they wouldn't deliver due to weight. But they sorted out a different delivery option for free but allowed me to pick her up. Didn't have the wig I chose but the sub was better. Once you prep the doll the skin is sooo soft. The customer service was great. Thanks

First the customer experience: All my questions regarding Iris have been answered by e-mail. A few days later I had a lengthy conversation with Rick (one of the owners) regarding other dolls I was considering buying and I was very pleasantly surprised by the level and the quality of service provided. Rick has the time and patience to answer at length to any questions you might have, he will even answer questions you don't know you have, he will send you photos, movies when available just to make sure you are clear on the subject at hand. I will give this 5 stars and two thumbs up. The doll: this is my first Piper doll, so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and feel of the TPE. The doll feels soft to the touch even without adding any powder, but if you do, the touch sensation gets even better. The doll is light (15Kg) given its size (1M) and so it is easy to manipulate. The skeleton is well adjusted, all the joints oppose the same resistance when moved. Time will tell how much they will loosen up with usage. My Iris has pink-white skin which in my opinion looks very natural under both natural and artificial light, the doll is very posable and so she's good for photography if you are into that. All in all, I highly recommend doing business with SD whatever product you choose, chances are you will be satisfied. Personally I already ordered a second Piper doll (Miyuki).
