I went to the store yesterday mid-morning and as soon as I walked in I felt the negative attitude. I went to the counter because I was looking for a particular item, and I spoke to both ladies, and they just looked at me with the most nasty attitude. I came here after our company was contracted by this store to make our uniforms. I experienced the worst service in a long time they didn't want to help me and all they could say was I don't know what you are looking for. . Not helpful. The clothing line is awesome with the fit. Those two ladies should not work together it's bad enough that you get one nasty attitude but two!!!!

bought 4 tops i didn’t realize the Tuck top In my area we dont have fedex for returns i had to drive to Auora 90 minutes away was treated horribly by customer service there the lady would not let me use the bathroom every thing i asked her andwer was no the only time she even acted human was when i bought a lab coat With business going out of business and 90% going to on line services you would think staff would be kind trying to keep clients I have been a customer of scrubs and beyond for years but no longer Fedex isn’t available for returns and i dive a little ng distance to swap my scrub tops to be abused no thank you so long scrubs and beyond i dont need you i can buy from another company same product

The Oak Ridge North, TX store. My experience at this store has been consistently negative due to the manager, Patricia. I have had visits where Patricia ridiculed me for shopping from the sales rack. She altered my embroidery order and ruined my jacket ($75) - no refund was given. Just this week, she openly scowled while addressing me.
