Purchase was easy and gown arrived quickly.

I ordered the stocking and paid extra to have my new granddaughters name embroidered on it. I ordered in October to be sure I’d have it in time for Christmas. They do say it will take 4-6 weeks for the personalization. When six weeks went by and it was early December with no word on the order, I called customer service. They had to research and call me back. When they called back they said they had no one to do the embroidery. Really??? Six weeks and no one can reach out to let me know you can’t do what you say you can do and I paid extra for? Of course they didn’t charge me for the embroidery but by now it’s December and I can’t find anyone to get it done in time for Christmas. Incredibly disappointing.

I was so happy to receive my order within days of ordering. Outstanding service. Linens came beautifully wrapped in tissue. Can't wait to order more.
