Je mets la note du milieu car je suis très satisfaite de mes gants, qui sont d’excellente te qualité et très agréables à porter. En revanche. J’ai renvoyé une autre paire qui était trop grande et n’ai, à ce jour, aucun retour ni remboursement. D’où la note mitigée, mais qui ne concerne pas le produit en lui même, que je recommande sans hésitation.

The service was pretty good and the gloves arrived in a timely manner to Canada. Just the quality assurance is a bit slow.
