Ich hatte letztens meine Handschuhe vergessen und mir daher die meiner Mutter ausgeliehen. Ein Traum!!!! Daraufhin habe ich sie mir gleich bestellt (Größe L, Farbe cognac). Für meinen Geschmack könnte die Farbe Cognac in echt noch heller ausfallen, da sie doch recht dunkel sind und eher braun aussehen. Ich habe sie trotzdem behalten und finde sie sehr elegant und bequem. Durch den Windschutz bekommt man auch an kühleren Tagen keine kalten Hände. Sie eignen sich zum Autofahren genauso wie zum Eislaufen. Die Touch-Funktion klappt super, da schauten meine Freunde neidisch, dass ich die Handschuhe zum fotografieren anbehalten konnte.

Mooie handschoenen. Net even anders dan de meeste leren handschoenen die te koop zijn. En het feit dat je met handschoenen aan de smartphone kunt bedienen is een extra pluspunt. Levering was snel.

The gloves are great, exactly like the pictures - beautiful and soft on the inside When I ordered around the holidays, I ordered 2 pairs, one for me and one for my spouse. The one pair for me was out of stock but said it would ship by December 15th. They told me they wouldn’t ship the other gloves until both items were available. Ultimately, I wanted to cancel the order because they were going to arrive in time for Christmas. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone via email or phone to cancel the order since they weren’t going to arrive in time for Christmas. Also, I wanted to change my gloves to a different color but again couldn’t get in contact with a real person, only a chat bot. Eventually the gloves shipped and arrived several days after Christmas. I didn’t want to return my gloves after the challenge of ordering them and the difficulty in connecting with a real person. Again the gloves are nice and high quality but not exactly what I wanted and I wasn’t able to give them to my wife on Christmas. Overall a poor customer service experience but seemingly a quality product assuming they last as long as I think they will

Ik heb de klacht met de handschoenen gemeld. Die is in behandeling genomen. Maar ik wacht nog op een oplossing. Eerlijk gezegd lijkt me de oplossing vrij eenvoudig: omruilen voor een nieuw paar. Maar ik heb nog niets gehoord.
