Great customer service!

The most comfortable boot out of the box I’ve ever owned. Wore them this weekend for a family reunion and while they were a bit toasty for casual wear they were so comfortable.

Trying to order these in the spring did not go well, unfortunately. But I added my email to the notification list and Schnee built some more. I received them with 3 weeks of ordering.

Great product

Ordered first pair and they were not the right size. Ordered different size of exact same pair. They shipped me a completely different model. Getting return labels took me (2) weeks. Shipped them back and they only credited me for one pair. Spent another week attempting to get someone on the phone to get my second credit. First time purchasing from Schnee, not a great experience thus far.

Customer service you couldn’t answer anything better. Send him my boots for Michigan to be exchanged to a bigger size. They’re back on the road to Michigan within a day.

Schnee's is a very helpful place to shop they know their products and do well at explaining them to you.

As always when you try for the first time the Sheene new boots you feel them as if they where old, used and soft boots.

Little slow getting to Canada but I’m sure there’s not much you can do about that

I hadn't really thought about purchasing Schnee mountain boots as I had a brand I was already relying upon. But it started looking for an insulated mountain boot I realize that the Beartooth 400g seemed a good option and was on sale. Upon receipt of the boot, I was incredibly impressed with the craftsmanship. It appears to be a very well-made excellent boot. Also, the customer service was great as I realized after I bought the boot that I wanted to get a different insole and some wax and some extra shoelaces. So I called back and asked if I could add that to the order to advert double shipping charges and the guy said that would be fine. 👍👍👍 can't wait to use the boot in November during a horseback mule deer hunt. I'll be proud to wear them. Great looking boot terrifically well-made. John - Texas

Did receive the water proofing as stated when I ordered my boots. I called customer service and they stated some water proofing would be sent to me, that didn't happen either!
