Schiltz is a purveyor of excellent goose. They allow you to select a delivery date and their communications are so friendly. We have ordered from them for years and have always been completely pleased! Christmas dinner was fantastic!

its the second time i bought a capon from this company, and we were not deceived , the capon was very tasty and juicy and even if the price is elevated , we think s worthy, we will buy again poultry from this company

My husband loves these smoked capon legs. Last year we ordered only one and it was gone in a flash; this year I got three! Wonderful for sandwiches and easy dinners.

For me two other great points were the ease of simply heating up the fully cooked bird and the prospects of leftovers for a couple of other meals. We have purchased both goose and capon previously from Schiltz. The transactions and deliveries have always been perfectly executed. And the birds are delicious plus their leftovers make the best black-eyed peas for New Year that you ever ate!

I got one from you a few years ago and we all loved it. TG @ home again this year. So, your Capon, ham, rib eye roast, lasagna, mashed potatoes, and about 10 sides should suffice. Turkey can be OK but rarely measures up to our expectations. Your Capon fits right in on my table with my family and guests. Thank you, Chris
