I have been using the shampoo and conditioner for about 3 years now. I use to shed a lot of hair in the past but now with consistent use of these products i do notice less shedding and better hair quality. The only thing is the conditioner does not make your hair super smooth so that can improve. I recommend overall.

I have to admit I was a bit sceptical when I started to use serum and shampoo, but now, after 3 months, I can see some progress. Somewhere around September, my hair started falling out a lot. My hair is naturally thinner and finer, and always gets into this stage somewhere around autumn, but not in the amount like this time around. I really didn't expect to grow some crazy amount of hair. Let's face it, if you have something that was genetically given to you, that is what you'll always have. But you can certainly affect its growth and health with the right products. I have some baby hairs on my hairline, and the amount falling out is much less than it used to be. I wash my hair every day - and yes, I know what everyone thinks about it, but that is how my hair works the best. This means I use serum every night, leave it on overnight, and gently rinse my scalp in the morning. I do not rub or wash it twice, or treat my ends harshly. This works for me for now, as my scalp is oily and my ends are naturally dry. The shampoo says it helps balance oil, but I can't wear the serum on my head to work every day without my hair looking dirty. This way, I have a treatment that keeps me looking fresh every day. :) I like that the serum is watery and doesn't stain my pillow. I really appreciate that formula. For anyone who wants to try it, I would definitely encourage you to do so, but be patient and consistent. Also, to keep it growing, you need to keep using the products. As soon as you stop, your hair will return to its original state. And no surprise there, turn the bottle over to the commercial shampoos you use, and see the ingredients and the chemistry you are putting on it.
