Have got my package rider 3 weeks ago

I received a replacement shirt in a very timely basis. Wore it to an event soon after and received several compliments on the shirt. I can't say enough good things about Scales customer service.

I really wanted to love this line, however, this is the order I have placed. The shirt is so cute, but there are quality issues that are immediately noticeable. There is a print error on the fabric, which is in an area that is immediately noticeable. The fabric is great for anything but active wear. The but across the shoulder is tight for the sizing. The shirt has been washed once and the logo is already detaching. This is my second time ordering from them, because their stuff is really cute and unique. The first order also had manufacturer issues, which caused me to only be able to utilize my item once. I really hope the address this with the people putting these together, because I really like their designs.

Item ran small, returning. Wanted to exchange but don't have any larger. It also was more "faded" print than what it seemed on website which is why I'm giving "just okay" rating.

Never received order

Beyond the insult from a misfired email that pointed insult toward me, possible workplace affair, and HR investigation, the bag is not up to its price tag. Materials finish is already flaking and falling apart from carrying straps. I’m thinking this was just a bad production run.

Product failed immediately…

It is pretty, but already has scratches where the color is coming off. The collar is not a solid color.
